The objective of the Rotary Club of Oakwood is to encourage and foster the ideal of service to others. Funds raised through That Day in May are given out in grants supporting nonprofit charitable organizations throughout the Miami Valley.

Who do we support through
That Day In May?
That Day in May is the iconic event for the Oakwood community and in 2026 it will be the 51st edition. The event is a labor of love for the 100+ members of the Rotary Club of Oakwood who devote upwards of 1,000 man hours to make things happen.
Sponsorship commitment aligns your organization with an extremely positive community event. As such, your commitment supports Club initiatives including:
